1. Project profile
Customer is an Italian company that produces coke and activated carbon. The customer has 3 production workshops, which are divided into: raw material pretreatment workshop, raw material calcination workshop and finished product cooling workshop.
2. Project description
After pretreatment, the raw materials enter the calcination workshop and stay in the rotary kiln for a period of time at a certain temperature for calcination. The calcined materials enter the rotary cooler from the kiln head for rapid cooling. The customer now needs to add a dust collector to the rear end of the roller cooler. The exhaust gas from the end of the rotary cooling machine is 90 degrees Celsius, and the air volume is 21,000 cubic meters. According to the customer's working conditions, our engineers recommend the pulse bag filter model PPC96-4 for the customer. Meanwhile, considering the characteristics of the working exhaust gas, our engineers match the filter bag with characteristic materials, so as to meet the requirements of the field conditions well.
3. Equipment parameter
Pulse bag dust collector PPC96-4 has four dust collecting chambers, with super purification efficiency, which can purify the exhaust gas from 1300g/m³ intake concentration to 30mg/m³. The air volume is 26800m³/h, the total filtration area is 372 square meters, and the dust collector resistance is 1470-1770Pa.
