1. Project Introduction
Iran Ariya is needed in Iran local new 15 tons per day aluminum calcium refractory cement plant, existing land of 20,000 mu. The project is located in Jabad Industrial Park, Iran.
2. Project Description
After many times of communication with the customer, the customer needs are clear: the altitude of the project site is 1075 meters, raw materials: alumina or bauxite + limestone powder, particle size: 100-120 mesh rotary kiln calcination temperature: 1600 degrees Celsius
Fuel: Natural gas production requirements: 15 tons per day (discharge of refractory cement) particulate emission requirements: 50mg, etc. After clarifying customer requirements, our technical personnel provide two processes for aluminum-calcium cement production line: dry method and semi-wet method. The advantages and disadvantages of the two methods were introduced in detail to the customer. According to the status of the raw materials that the customer could purchase, the demand for semi-wet process was quickly confirmed. Our technical personnel quickly according to customer requirements to draw a process flow chart. After viewing the process flow chart, the customer gives feedback: the position of the ball tray needs to be placed on the ground, and the bucket provider needs to be changed into a large dip Angle belt conveyor according to the customer's requirements. Update the process flow chart for customer's confirmation after customer's requirement and engineer's suggestion are integrated. The customer was satisfied with the final process flow chart and agreed on it. And according to the process flow chart to give the overall project equipment list. The customer will discuss and update each device in the device list, and finally determine the overall device configuration.
