Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd., founded in 1956, is a designated production unit of building materials and mining machinery designated by the National Ministry of Machinery Industry and Henan Provincial Department of Machinery and Electronics Industry. After more than 60 years of development, our company has gradually developed from a single mechanical equipment production enterprise into a comprehensive company with strong ability of the whole system researching and designing on process technology and equipment manufacturing in the fields of building materials, mining, metallurgy, environmental protection etc.
Our engineering technology center is located in the Science and Technology Park of National University, the West Third Ring Road of Zhengzhou City. We have Zhengzhou Municipal Enterprise Technology Center and Industrial Solid Waste Disposal Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center, and we also have the Qualification of General Contracting for Environmental Protection Projects. Our manufacturing base is located in Caizhai Industrial Zone, Qiaolou, West Fifth Ring Road of Zhengzhou City, which is covering an area of 80000m2, including five heavy-duty workshops, equipped with the largest boring and milling machine, gear hobbing machine, vertical lathe, crane and other heavy equipment in Zhengzhou area, with a net asset of 200 millions RMB. We have the ability to independently complete EPC system projects including process design and equipment manufacturing etc.
Since the beginning of the 21st century, we have been in cooperation with Zhengzhou University, Dongguan Innovation Center of Tsinghua University, Guangzhou University and other domestic first-class universities and research centers to research and develop the process technology and complete set of process equipment for sludge and other solid waste treatment, so as to realize the four goals of “Harmless, Reduction, Stabilization and Resource Utilization”.
We have capable of complete sludge treatment system solution from the overall project planning for the solid waste to the detailed process formula, process parameters, process design, equipment designing and manufacturing, installation, commissioning, technical training and after-sales service etc., which forms a complete industry chain and life cycle services.
In our factory, we have built a pilot plant for sludge treatment, so as to realize the whole process test which is very similar to industrial production, including batching, mixing, granulating, shaping, drying, calcining, cooling, screening, online monitoring of flue gas purification, etc. It can meet all kinds of sludge treatment tests before project investment, including process formula analysis, process parameter analysis and pilot test research, so as to provide the guarantee for investment safety of later large-scale industrial production line. We have been successively completed the R&D engineering, manufacturing, installation and commissioning for the first domestic hazardous waste sludge recycling ceramsite project, the first domestic municipal granulation sludge recycling project, and the fly ash recycling project, till reaching to the designed production capacity.
