In recent years, the mining industry has developed highly. At the same time, it has also led to the development and manufacture of mining equipment. Ball mill is a commonly used mining equipment, which occupies an important position in the field of mine machinery. Therefore, it is very necessary to understand the type and use of ball mills. Ball mills are widely used in cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractories, fertilizers, black and non-ferrous metal beneficiation and glass ceramics, etc. The ball mill can perform dry or wet milling of various ores and other abrasive materials. The following details are provided by Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd.: 1. Types of ball mill The types of ball mills include: cement ball mills, tube ball mills, superfine laminar mills, conical ball mills, ceramic ball mills, intermittent ball mills, overflow ball mills, lattice type ball mills, wind discharge ball mills, double-compartment ball mills, energy-saving ball mills, etc. . 2. Working principle of the ball mill The material enters the first chamber of the mill evenly by the feeding device through the hollow shaft of the feed material. The chamber has a stepped liner or a corrugated liner and contains steel balls of different specifications. The cylinder rotates to produce a centrifugal force that brings the steel ball to a certain height and then falls, causing heavy hitting and grinding of the material. After the raw material reaches the rough grinding in the first chamber, it enters the second chamber through a single-layer partition board. In this chamber is set with a flat lining plate, steel balls inside, and the material is further ground. The powder is discharged through the discharge sampan plate to complete the grinding operation. 3. Structure of the ball mill The main body of the ball mill includes a barrel body, which is internally lined with a lining made of a wear resistant material, a bearing that carries the barrel body and maintains its rotation, and a driving part such as a motor, a transmission gear, a pulley, a V-belt, etc.
