1. Project profile
AFO company is a factory which main produce flocculation agent in water treatment industry in South Africa. AFO company has its enough quantity of bentonite powder, which is used as the main raw material to produce the flocculation product. The whole of the flocculation product by AFO company will be sold to the wastewater treatment plants in Pinetown zone of South Africa.
2. Project description
AFO company needs to buy one set of granulating machine to produce the grain shapes of the flocculation agent in the wastewater treatment industry. After fully understanding the specific working conditions and specific requirements from AFO company, our engineers selected the PQ10 disc granulating machine with power scrapper as the trial using purpose in the initial stage for customers. Due to the high viscosity of mixer made by the bentonite powder and water, our engineer designs the scrapper with the powder to scrape off the wet mixer bonded on the inner wall of the disc granulator in time.
3. Equipment parameter
Disc Granulator PQ10, the size is 1000*250mm, the effective granulating dia. is 1000mm, the angle is 35-55°, the rotating speed is 2.5-25r/min, the production capacity is 500kg per hour. The discharge size is 2-4mm.
