The grinding production line mainly includes the production line of crushing equipment, grinding equipment and screening equipment.
According to the properties and particle size of bulk materials, select suitable main production equipment, including crushers and pulverizers, among which jaw crushers, impact crushers, roller crushers, etc. can be selected. For large crushing cases, two-stage crushing can be selected. Generally speaking, the jaw crusher is more suitable for coarse crushing, and should be set in the primary crushing, and the impact crusher is suitable for medium and fine crushing, and should be set as the secondary crushing, so as to finally meet the requirements of entering the grinding equipment.
Grinding equipment is the core equipment of the production line. The more commonly used ball mills, rod mills, vertical mills, etc. The input particle size of the mill is generally required to be small, about 25mm. According to the grindability and output requirements of the material, the appropriate grinding equipment is selected. Taking the ball mill as an example, the grinding methods are divided into dry method and grinding method. Wet method, the discharge method is divided into center discharge and peripheral discharge.
After dry grinding, the fineness of the material can be well controlled by the powder separator. Generally, grid grinding is used. The powder separator can realize online powder selection, the materials that meet the requirements are directly collected, and the materials that do not meet the requirements are re-entered into the ball mill for grinding again until they are qualified.
Wet grinding cannot carry out powder selection operation. Generally, center overflow discharge is used to prolong the grinding time of materials in the mill, so that the fineness of materials can reach the standard. In wet grinding, under the action of water, the material has good fluidity and is more evenly distributed among the grinding bodies, which is beneficial to the improvement of the output and the reduction of the noise caused by the collision of the grinding bodies.
After the above main equipment is selected, other connecting equipment, conveying equipment and storage equipment are determined according to the output of the main equipment.
