Air swept coal mill is an ideal coal processing equipment that can both grind and dry, with characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection, 85% and above of its grinding coal can pass through the 200 mesh screen, and the water content can be under 2%.
Air swept coal mill mainly consists of feeding device, main bearing, rotating part, discharging device, drive part and lubricating system.
Application of Coal Ball Mill:
Air-swept coal mill is the key equipment to grinding coal for the rotary kiln and industrial furnace. It can widely used in electricity, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, etc.
How it works
Raw coal is fed into Air swept coal mill via the feeding device. The hot air goes into the cylinder through air inlet pipe. As the cylinder rotates, the coal does heat interchange with the hot air and is crushed and pulverized. Meanwhile, coal powder is carried out of Air swept coal mill via discharging device by the hot air. The larger coal powder will be brought to Air swept coal mill with the hot air and be pulverized again.

Design features
1. The reasonable proportion of ball and revolving cylinder increases the capacity, which is 15%-25% higher than the average.

3. Main bearing base adopts water-cooled cycling device to reduce the working temperature of bearing.
