Under such circumstances, our company's service staff embarked on the south train on the fourth day of the new year and went to the site of Chongqing Yongchuan sludge harmless treatment and disposal project. In order to strive for normal work at the end of the year, the equipment can enter the commissioning and normal operation to maintain the equipment. After arriving at the project department, Yongchuan was not very nervous, and there were still people on the street, but our service personnel have strictly followed our epidemic prevention requirements, put on masks and do a good job of closing the work space, and carry out equipment commissioning in an orderly manner at the project site.
After more than ten days of hard work, when the epidemic situation gradually improved, the owner unit slowly began to prepare for the resumption of work. The equipment is almost commissioned, and sludge disposal can be performed normally. On March 1st, after the owner obtained the permission to resume work, our equipment also has the conditions for starting work. Our technicians and field service personnel worked with the owner to light the first fire a year later, and the equipment began to operate normally. After several days of debugging the production line, the production line has been able to stably produce qualified ceramsite products, and it can effectively dispose of the sludge from the sewage treatment plant, doing its part for Yongchuan under the epidemic situation.
Yongchuan sludge harmless treatment and disposal project is a performance general contract signed by our company and a Chongqing environmental protection company in May 2019. After the construction of the project is completed, 100 ~ 140t municipal sludge can be treated daily, so that the sludge disposal can achieve the purpose of harmlessness, reduction and resource utilization. The sludge calcined by the rotary kiln can be made into ceramsite as a light aggregate building material, which not only points a new way for solid waste disposal, but also contributes to the protection of mining resources.
The implementation of the Yongchuan project is the embodiment of the core of our company's corporate culture of "being ahead of time and benefiting after", and it is also the embodiment of Zhengzhou Mining Machinery in recent years to explore new ideas for national solid waste disposal and contribute its modest strength.
