Characteristics and structure of NSE series plate chain buck

NSE series high speed plate chain bucket elevator is a new type of vertical lifting device. In various industrial countries, such products are widely used to upgrade powdered and small granular materials. There are nine basic models of NSE series plate chain bucket elevators: NSE100, NSE200, NSE300, NSE400, NSE500, NSE600, NSE700, NSE800, NSE1000. Each model selects different lifting speeds depending on the material to be conveyed. The maximum lifting speed is ≤70m/min and the maximum lifting height is 65m.
ⅠPerformance Characteristics
1. Large conveying capacity
NSE series bucket elevators are the largest in the same type of elevator in China, and the lifting capacity is 100-1000m3/h.
2. Low drive power
Inflow-type feeding, inductive unloading, and large-capacity hopper-intensive arrangement. When the material is lifted, there is almost no returning and excavation, so the ineffective power is less, and the power is saved by 30% compared with the chain elevator.
3. Long service life
The feeding of the bucket elevator adopts the inflow type, no need to use the bucket to excavate the material, and there is little extrusion and collision between the materials. The machine is designed to ensure that the material is less sprinkled during feeding, lifting and unloading, reducing mechanical wear. The use of a plate-chain high-strength wear-resistant conveyor chain greatly extends the life of the chain and hopper. The conveyor chain has a service life of more than 3 years under normal use.
4. High lift height
This series of bucket elevators does not use hoppers for material excavation, runs smoothly, and uses high-strength chains, so it can reach a higher lifting height, and can be increased by ≤50 meters under the rated conveying capacity.
5. Wide range of applications
This type of bucket elevator requires less material types and characteristics. It can not only improve general powder and small pellets, but also can be applied to materials with high abrasiveness and materials with temperature ≤200 °C.
6. Good operational reliability
The advanced design principle and processing method ensure the reliability of the whole machine operation, convenient operation and maintenance, and less wearing parts. The trouble-free time is over 20,000 hours.
7. Good structural rigidity and high precision
The casing is crimped and embossed in the middle, and after welding, the rigidity is good and the appearance is beautiful.
8. Good sealing
Less environmental pollution.
9. Low overall cost
Due to energy savings and low maintenance, the cost of use is low.
ⅡStructural composition
The NSE series plate chain bucket elevator consists of running parts, drive unit, upper unit, middle casing and lower unit.
Operating components - consisting of a hopper and a sleeve roller chain.
Drive unit - consists of drive platform, drive combination and drive chain. The drive combination usually consists of a ZSY hardened gear reducer (or JZQ reducer), a YOX fluid coupling, a Y series motor, an XWD reducer, and an electromagnetic clutch (or manual clutch). The drive unit is divided into left and right. Corresponding to the left and right sides of the bucket elevator.
Left loading - For the person facing the feed port, the drive unit combination and the drive sprocket are on the left side.
Right loading - For the person facing the feed inlet, the drive unit combination and the drive sprocket are on the right side.
Upper unit - has upper casing (with rails installed), upper cover, discharge port (with anti-return plate), head shaft assembly, backstop and other components.
Middle casing - divided into a supporting intermediate section connected with the upper device, a middle section with the inspection door, a standard intermediate section (both 2.5 meters high) and a non-standard intermediate section of 1 meter and 1.5 meters high, so that the bucket elevator gear functioning to 0.5 m to obtain a different height.
Lower unit - including lower casing, inlet, tail shaft assembly, tensioning device.
