Jaw crusher operating procedures and maintenance

1. Operators must first be familiar with the various mechanical properties, features, and safety regulations of the equipment, use the equipment correctly, and ensure the normal operation of the equipment. 2. Preparation before starting jaw crusher (1) Carefully check the lubrication of the bearing and whether there is enough grease in the bearing and the connection of the liner. (2) Carefully check that all fasteners are fully tightened. (3) Whether the transmission belt is good or not, and the belt is damaged should be promptly replaced. When there is oil on the belt or pulley, it should be wiped clean. (4) Whether the protective device is good, if it is found that the protective device is unsafe, it should be immediately removed. (5) Check whether there are any carbon blocks or other debris in the crushing chamber, and remove it if any. 3. Starting operation of the jaw crusher (1) After checking that the machine and the drive part and the electrical equipment are in normal condition, then can start. (2) Jaw crushers are only allowed to start without load. (3) After start-up, if abnormal conditions are found, stop the machine immediately, identify and remove abnormal conditions before restarting the crusher. 4. Use and maintenance of jaw crusher (1) After the crusher is in normal operation, feeding can begin. (2) The broken material should be added into the crushing chamber evenly, and side feeding should be avoided to prevent sudden change in load or sudden increase in unilateral load. (3) Under normal operating conditions, the maximum temperature of the bearing must not exceed 70°C. If it exceeds 70°C, it should be shut down immediately, the cause must be identified and removed. (4) Should be based on the size of the material exports, the appropriate adjustment of the material sheet gap, to ensure that the next process of crushing to achieve technical requirements. (5) Before stopping, feeds should be stopped, After the crushing material is completely discharged in the crushing chamber, the motor can be turned off. (6) During crushing, if the equipment is stopped due to obstruction of the material in the crushing chamber, the motor should be immediately shut down and the material must be removed before starting again. (7) After the jaw is worn out, it can be adjusted up and down and then used. (8) According to the lubrication point working conditions, and into the refueling or pull the lubrication handle, refuel the lubrication point to ensure the normal operation of the machine and prolong the service life. (9) Lubricants use calcium, sodium or calcium sodium greases. (10) Grease added to the housing is 50-70% of its volume. When changing oil, the roller bearing's runway must be carefully cleaned with clean gasoline or kerosene. (11) The mat must be greased in the contact between the board before the machine starts.
