Wood Sawdust Drying System in Malaysia

Main Equipment: Burner, Screw Conveyor, Belt Conveyor, Wood Sawdust Dryer,
One whole set of wood sawdust drying system mainly includes:
1. Burner:
If the fuel is diesel, natural gas, then it will need the burner which burn the diesel and natural gas.
If the fuel is coal, firewood, other kinds of biomass fuel, then it does not need burner, and it will need hot air furnace.
2. Hot Air Furnace: Mainly there are two type of hot air furnace.
One is to supply the burning chamber for the diesel and natural gas.
The other is to supply the burning chamber for coal, firewood, biomass fuel, etc.
3. Input belt conveyor or screw conveyor:
To send the wet wood sawdust into the wood sawdust dryer machine.
4. Wood Sawdust Dryer machine:
Not only supply the drying space, but also its special inner structure help to make the high temperature air to heat and dry the wet sawdust sufficiently. Finally to get the dry sawdust with needed moisture content.
5. High Pressure Draft Fan:
To make the hot air into the sawdust drying machine, and make the exhaust air out of the sawdust dryer in time.
6. Cyclone Separator:
To separate the fine dust from the exhaust air.
7. Output Belt Conveyor:
To take the dry sawdust out of the sawdust drying machine.
8. Electric Control Panel:
To be used to control all the wood sawdust drying system.
