Introduction

Rotary Kiln belongs to building material equipment, according to different materials, which can be divided into cement kiln, metallurgy chemical kiln and lime kiln. Cement kiln is used for making cement clinker and there are dry and wet methods to make cement clinker. Metallurgy chemical kiln is widely used for magnetic roasting of poor iron ore and oxidizing roasting of chrome and nickel in the steel factory; baking high-alumina mine in the refractory material factory; baking chamotte and alumina in the aluminum factory and baking chrome ore and chrome powder in the chemical plant. Lime Kiln is used for roasting active lime in steel works and ferroalloy plants and light roasting dolomite.

Wide Application of Rotary Kiln:
Rotary kiln refers to rotary calcining kiln, mainly used for calcining calcium aluminate, limestone, bauxite, kaolin clay, gypsum etc.which is widely used in the fields of building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, environmental protection.

Main Parts of Rotary Kiln:
Rotary kiln is composed of cylinder shell, driving gears, roller supporting device with thrust roller, kiln liner and kiln tail sealing equipment, kiln head hood,driving gear unit ,movable kiln hood, sealing device at kiln inlet and combustion device etc.

Features

1. New type technology is adopted by main driving system. Compared with traditional magnetic and DC speed regulation, its main driving system has the advantages like energy saving, environmental, wide speeding adjusting range, high performance and stable operation.

2. After the welding of bases for supporting devices of supporting roller and catching roller, vibration aging treatment should be applied for remove the welding stress. Then, use vertical lathe and boring-milling machine for integration fabrication. This process can guarantee the requirement of fabrication precision and dimension & location tolerance. Installation accuracy of rotary kiln is obviously improved.

3. Temperature measuring point is reserved at bearing base of supporting roller. It is mainly used for automation detection of kiln operation status by insert the measuring device.
