The traction chain and scraper of this kind of conveyor are embedded in the material, the scraper only occupies a part of the section of the trough, and the material occupies most of the section of the trough. It can transport materials horizontally, obliquely or vertically. When conveying horizontally, the scraper used is in the shape of a flat strip. Using the principle that the cutting force of the chain embedded in the bulk material and the scraper on the bulk material layer is greater than the resistance of the groove wall to the bulk material, the bulk material moves forward together with the scraper. At this time, the ratio of the height of the moving material layer to the width of the groove is within a certain ratio range, and the material flow is stable and needs to be conveyed vertically.

FU chain conveyor is suitable for conveying tasks with small conveying volume, and is suitable for conveying small block materials. The characteristics of internal friction and side pressure of bulk materials are used to ensure the stable state between material layers. Under the action of the conveyor chain, a continuous overall flow is formed.
