The lining plate of the wet ball mill lining plate is divided into rubber lining plate and manganese steel lining plate. Because the size of the lining board should consider factors such as handling, loading and unloading, and convenience when entering and leaving the mill door. In recent years, the size of the liner of the ball mill has been unified. The service life of rubber lining is 2~4 times longer than that of alloy lining. Of course, with different grinding methods and grinding conditions, the difference in service life is obvious. In the first-stage grinder, the life of the rubber lining is usually only 0.5 times longer than that of the high-manganese steel lining. The removal method of the rubber lining plate and the manganese steel lining plate is the same. The specific disassembly process is as follows:
1. Clean up unnecessary raw materials in the mill, and pour out the steel balls and other substances in the ball mill. The steel balls are required to be well plugged.
2. The lining plates of the ball mill are distributed in the simplified ball mill in different shapes and sizes, and are arranged along the circumference of the inner wall. There is a wedge iron for each country at 1/4. The parking position should be on the horizontal center line of the fixed wedge scale when dismantling.
3. Starting from one end of the feeding port or the discharging port, after taking out the bottom adjusting wedge iron, remove the lining plate gradually and orderly. At this time, the symmetrical fixed wedge on the horizontal center line cannot be removed.
4. After the lower lining plate is removed, use the winch to slowly pull the ball mill barrel | rotate 180° to remove the other half-country lining plate.
5. Before the lining of the ball mill is removed, the barrel of the mill should be fixed. The method is to hang the two wire ropes suspended from the ball mill on the hand hoist respectively, and place them on both sides of the barrel to fix and tighten to prevent sudden rotation.
6. Clean the inner cavity of the mill, and check the damage of the mill barrel and bearing end cover.
