In July 2020, we received a request from Pakistani customers looking for a pot ball mill. The customer needs to grind the ceramics. The input particle size is less than 3mm, the output fineness needs to reach 15 microns, and the single pot volume is 2L. Batch milling is used. It is supposed to be used in laboratory
2. Performance Advantage
The distance between the optical axis and the distance between the rubber rollers can be adjusted. Ball mill with pot volume from 0.5L to 5L can be used; ball mill pot of different materials such as stainless steel, nylon, polyurethane, PTFE, etc. can be selected; The frequency conversion control can be stepless speed regulation, the running direction can be changed, the time can be set, the LED digital display is intuitive, and the operating is simple; the output particle size is fine, the consistency is good, the repeatability is good, It is driven by belt pulley with high speed and low noise. It can be used for dry grinding, wet grinding, vacuum grinding, inert gas grinding.
