1. Project overview:
In tin ore beneficiation, gravity separation is used to separate manganese ore with simple structure and coarser grain size, especially suitable for dense tin oxide ore. In June 2017, a mining company in Bolivia ordered 1 set of GS roller screen from Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. due to the need for tin ore beneficiation. After selection and inspection by multiple manufacturers, the two parties signed a purchase contract on June 7, 2017. The equipment will be delivered for trial run on 20th.
2. Solution:
The model of the GS roller supplied this time is GS10×30, with a design capacity of 1-3 t/h. The following solutions are mainly adopted to meet customer needs:
1. According to the customer's beneficiation process, capacity, and particle size requirements, recommend the type of equipment for the customer, and develop a screening plan.
2. This equipment is suitable for the screening of medium-coarse and medium-fine materials, and has a wide range of applications.
3. By adding a block removal device, the problem of the blockage of the drum screen is solved, and the operation efficiency is improved.
4. By adding a sealing device, the problem of dust pollution that often occurs in the production process of the trommel screen is solved.
