Project Introduction
A well-known mine owner in New Zealand needs to crush and screen the extracted limestone to a qualified particle size for the production of building aggregates. Due to the scattered mineral resources in the local area, it is necessary to consider the flexibility of overall equipment movement, that is, after mining is completed in one area, it needs to be transferred to another area.

Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. has undertaken the feeding system for this project, and the main equipment of the system is a vibrating grizzly feeder. The dump truck unloads the ore extracted from the mine onto the vibrating grizzly feeder for pre-treatment. Require the vibrating grizzly feeder has the following characteristics:

1. Sturdy, wear-resistant, able to withstand the impact of unloading materials from dump trucks.

Equipment Description
The vibration grizzly feeder is composed of a feeding trough, a vibrator, a transmission device, a feeder support, a steel support of the feeder, etc.
Vibration grizzly feeder is mainly used for uniform feeding of bulk materials before crushing. It has the advantages of high working efficiency, low operating cost, stable mechanical performance, stable transmission and low maintenance cost. This series of feeder is equipped with grizzly bars with adjustable gap at the discharge end, so it can separate the soil and fine granular materials in the material while feeding, so that the crusher behind it can play its function more effectively.


 
Project Implement
The feeding trough used for conveying is made of high strength bolted connection structure, and is composed of steel plate trough box, cross beam and rib plate. A supporting bracket is provided at the end of the feeding trough and the end of the discharging. The feeder liner is divided into two types: the feed section is a blind plate (inclination is 0-5°) and the discharge section is grizzly bars (inclination is 15-20°).

The bar section adopts a ladder structure, with a narrow head and wide tail. Small materials may get stuck in the gaps between the bars during the unloading process, but they will self discharge when moving forward. Greatly solved the problem of material jamming between bars.

The bars are fixed by spiral and easy to replace. The gap between the bars can be adjusted according to the material situation, and the gap between the bars and the crossbeam has been calculated, greatly reducing the occurrence of faults caused by material jamming.

From top to bottom, integrated structural design, the unloading bin is perfectly integrated with the equipment, which is tight, durable, and easy to transport.
