Product introduction
The twin-shaft mixer is a device that uses the synchronous rotation of a pair of spiral shafts with mixing blades to convey powdery materials while spraying, humidifying, and stirring them. It can be used for mixing and crushing clay materials in the ceramsite industry; evenly mixing fly ash and other raw materials with aggregates, additives, etc.
Working principle
The working principle of the ZJ series double-shaft mixer is that the transmission device drives two blade shafts equipped with mixing blades to rotate synchronously. When the material enters the machine tank from the feeding port, the water spray device immediately sprays water to turn the material from dry to wet. ; While humidifying, the wet materials are continuously stirred and mixed with each other under the action of the spiral stirring blades, and move toward the discharge port. Finally, the qualified materials are discharged from the discharge port.
Application areas
Used in the ceramsite industry to humidify, stir and transport solid granular materials or powders such as clay, sludge, fly ash, and coal gangue.
Main model classification
ZJ series twin-shaft mixer: suitable for humidifying and mixing materials with low viscosity such as powdery and small granular materials.
SJ series twin-shaft mixer: suitable for mixing viscous materials such as sludge, coal slime, oil sludge, bentonite, etc.
Outstanding advantages of equipment
1. The entire mixing and conveying process is carried out in a sealed space, there is no dust leakage, and it is clean and environmentally friendly.
2. Integrate mixing, humidification and transportation into one. Good mixing uniformity and high production efficiency.
3. The mixing blades are made of wear-resistant materials and have been specially surface treated to have high wear resistance.
4. The whole machine has a compact structure, takes up little space, has stable transmission and low noise.
