1. Project Introduction
Pamanj LTD is a local Ecuadorean trading company looking for lime crushing and matching bucket lifts for local customers.
2. Project Description
After many times of communication with the customer, the customer needs are clear: molybdenum concentrate (MoS2) roasting into molybdenum oxide (MoO3) rotary kiln system and sulfur dioxide cleaning tower system. The customer confirmed the requirement of rotary kiln diameter Ø1.8 m and length 32 m and rotary kiln rotation using VFD control system. The fuel is natural gas containing heating control system (appropriate thermocouple system is required at both ends). Before the material enters the rotary kiln, dryer is needed and sulfur dioxide cleaning system is needed. The flue gas handling capacity is 15,000-20,000 cubic meters, and the chimney needs 30 meters. According to the requirements of customers, our technical staff quickly according to the corresponding requirements of the process flow chart to the customer. The customer's technical staff adjusted the size of the drying according to the actual local situation. And the sulfur dioxide alkali washing tower is proposed to modify and add suggestions. Our technical staff according to the customer's requirements quickly modified the flow chart. Communicate with customer technical staff about the areas that cannot be modified. After several discussions between technicians of both sides, the customer was very satisfied with the final process flow chart and reached an agreement. And according to the process flow chart to give the overall project equipment list. The customer will discuss and update each device in the device list, and finally determine the overall devic configuration.
