2. Project Description
A client located in Tanzania has purchased 2 sets of 100tpd rotary kiln plant for magnesite calcination purpose in 2017 and 2020. During the last 4-5 years operation of rotary kiln plant, the clients are very satisfied with the plant performance, the capacity can meet the design requirement, and the performance of the equipment is very stable and efficient. In early of this year, the client sent us some inquiries of spares, like support roller set, electrical components to make sure local stock available. Our sales are quickly acted with customer and confirm the order with detailed parts name, quantity, etc with customer, the contracted has signed in end of June and cargo are shipped out in end of July, the quick preparation and delivery efficiency has won the customer's recognition again.
