1. Project Introduction
SEC Thailand Company owns a light expanded clay aggregate (LECA) production plant. The plant required one set of new type double roller granulator to increase the LECA making quality and capacity. The required production capacity is 4-6 tons per hour. It is bidding equipment. The technical parameters and model selection of double roller granulator have not yet been determined.
2. Project Description
After the customer disclosed the technical requirements to us, the technicians from Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co.,Ltd (ZK Corp) quickly gave a solution according to the customer's existing production situation. The solution includes detailed equipment parameters, shape drawings and layout drawings. The detailed proposal and quick reply from ZK Corp had given the customer a very professional first impression.
After one month weeks of research, discussion, calculation and 3D layout design with the customer's technical staff, the final proposal had been finalized. Meanwhile, ZK Corp’s technician also helped customers solve many other technical problems during the production. Finally, the technical parameters such as roller length, roller diameter, extrusion bore diameter, steel material, structure and power are determined. Mutual trust had been greatly deepened. At the same time, the equipment technical parameters with reasonable price submitted by our company were recognized by the final user side, and finally ZK Corp won the equipment of this bidding section.
After 60 days of production, the double roller granulator was tested in the assembly workshop of Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machine Co., LTD., and passed the quality and function test of the third party inspection company in one time. 3. Equipment Parameter
The working principle of Double Roller Granulator is a that the geared motor drives the movable roller and the fixed roller to rotate through chain drive, and the materials fall into the double roller granulator from the feed inlet, and are pressed from the discharge port after being extruded by double rollers and granulated.
Double Roller Granulator is assembled by frame, fixed roller device, movable roller device, transmission device and other auxiliary parts. The structural characteristics of each part are as follows:
(1) Frame
After the completion of the whole welding, the use of large vertical lathe and boring and milling machine for integrated processing and manufacturing, to ensure the processing of all parts, matching accuracy and shape and position tolerance, effectively improve the installation accuracy and reliability of the whole machine.
(2) Fixed roller device
The fixing roller is bolted to the hub for easy replacement and maintenance.
(3) Movable roller device
The roller cover of the movable roller is fixed on the hub by bolts, and the hub is connected with the movable shaft, and then is connected with the transmission device through the sprocket to transfer power. The guide rail frame is embedded in the bearing seat, and the bearing seat slides along the guide rail frame by adjusting the position of the spring seat, and the prepressure of the moving roller device can be adjusted by the lead screw, so as to obtain the product meeting the requirements.
(4)Transmission device
Adopt chain drive, the drive is stable and reliable.
