1. Project profile
Customer's company is a factory which main produce lime in Indonesia. It has its own limestone mines in Indonesia. The limestone mine is developed by the Company. Part of the raw limestone is sold on the market directly, while the other part is processed by the Company into quicklime, hydrated lime and lime powder. And then the company sell them on the market to the corresponding customers.
2. Project description
Customer's company needs to replace the conveying equipment in the lime powder grinding working room. After fully understanding the specific working conditions and specific requirements of MUKH company, our engineers selected the tubular screw conveyor for customers. Due to the site limitation of lime grinding site of MUKH company, our engineers designed one screw conveyor for horizontal conveying and the other screw conveyor for 45° Angle conveying. At the same time, the connection between the front and back end equipment of MUKH company and the screw conveyor is fully considered to design the inlet and outlet of the screw conveyor.
3. Equipment parameter
Screw conveyor LSY200x9.5 meter, the effective conveying length is 9.5 meters, the conveying Angle is 45°, the conveying capacity is 10 tons per hour. The feed port is square. Screw conveyor LS315x3.5 meters, the effective conveying length is 3.5 meters, conveying Angle is 0°, the conveying capacity is 20 tons per hour.
