Customer’s Company has a gold mine in Peru. And has explored and mined for gold mine. At first stage, it is simply crushed and roughed up the gold mine and then for sale. Now, as the business expands, it is setting up a gold mine handpick line to handpick the gold mine and then sale on the market, by this way to increase profits.
2. Project description
At gold mine working site, customer already has a crushing line, so there is no need to consider the gold mine size. After the crushing section, the crushed gold first enter into the ball mill with wet grinding, grinding to the particle size of 200 mesh, and then enter the next section for handpick. In the whole gold mine selection production line, our company provides the grinding section of the main equipment ball mill.
3. Equipment parameter
Our engineers according to the specific needs of customer and the characteristics of gold grinding, professional choose the model ball mill 1200x2400mm with wet overflow type. The gold ore crush to a particle size of 20mm in the crushing section, and then enter into ball mill to grind. The effective volume of the wet overflow ball mill 1200x2400mm is 2.3m³ and the cylinder speed is 30.43r/min. The discharge size is 200 mesh. The motor power is 45kW.
