Air-swept coal mill is an equipment for grinding and drying coal of various hardness. The feeding device consists of feeding pipe, air inlet pipe and bracket. The feeding device of the mill adopts a louvered structure with oblique air intake and oblique feeding, which makes the feeding smoother, and the discharging device adopts a curved tube structure. The air-swept coal mill produced by our factory has improved the traditional air-swept mill, the output has been greatly improved, and the output powder is fine, which provides a new type of energy-saving grinding equipment for production enterprises.
Performance characteristics
1. Reliable operation, continuous operation, large production capacity.
2. Optimize the support system, improve the lubrication structure, and reduce the system resistance.
3. Reduce power consumption per unit yield and save 20-30% of power consumption.
4. Reasonably distribute the length of steel balls and cylinders to increase production by 15%-25%.
5. The new material lining plate is adopted to increase wear resistance, prolong the service life of the lining plate, and reduce the number of replacements of wearing parts of the equipment.
6. The feeding device adopts a louvered structure with oblique air intake, which enhances the heat exchange capacity of the mill and can effectively prevent the material blocking phenomenon at the coal mill inlet.
7. Adopt advanced control system, start and drive smoothly, obtain the effect of use and economic benefits.
Working principle
The air-swept coal mill is an early and simple type of drying and grinding. Its working process is that the raw materials are loaded into the mill from the feeding equipment through the feeding equipment, and the hot air enters the mill through the air inlet pipe. The rotation of the coal and the hot air is carried out in the mill, and the coal is pulverized and ground in the mill. When the coal is pulverized, the pulverized coal powder and gas are mixed together by a special induced draft fan through the discharge device of the mill. When taken out of the mill, the coarser particles will be returned to the grinding bin through the return screw of the discharge device for re-grinding.
