Project Introduction
A Brazil Company required a drum type granulator for its bauxite process plant. The drum granulator is used for making small pellets with size of 16/25 mesh, 25/35 mesh and 35/70 mesh to meet different usage. It is bidding equipment. The technical parameters and model selection of drum type granulator have not yet been determined.
Project Description
After the customer disclosed the technical requirements to us, the technicians from Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co.,Ltd (ZK Corp) quickly gave a solution according to the customer's existing production situation. The solution includes detailed equipment parameters, shape drawings and layout drawings. The detailed plan and quick reply from ZK Corp had given the customer a very professional first impression.
After ten days of research, discussion, calculation and 3D layout design with the customer's technical staff, ZK Corp’s technician also helped customers solve many problems during the period. Finally, the technical parameters such as size, volume, rotation speed adjusting range and power are determined. Mutual trust had been greatly deepened. At the same time, the equipment technical parameters with reasonable price submitted by our company were recognized by the final user side, and finally ZK Corp won the equipment of this bidding section.
After 20 days of production, the drum type granulator was tested in the assembly workshop of Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machine Co., LTD., and passed the quality and function test of the third party inspection company in one time. Equipment Parameter
The variable frequency motor drives the reducer, then drives the granulator to rotate through the bridge device; the powder is added into the granulator through the feed port, and then water is sprayed into the granulator. The powder gradually forms a ball in the process of rolling, and when the qualified raw granulation is reached, it is unloaded through the discharging door.
It adopts the transmission structure form of variable frequency motor-reducer-coupling-crossing device to directly drive the granulating pot with high transmission efficiency and low noise;
The granulating pot adopts a single point support (at the bridge device), which has the characteristics of compact structure and convenient maintenance.
