1. Project profile
The customer is India company mainly engaged in the production of ceramic products. Bauxite and phyllite are important raw materials in the ceramic products produced by the company. Bauxite and pyrophyllite are calcined at different temperatures to produce chemical reactions. After calcination at a certain temperature, bauxite and pyrophyllite can be used to produce high-quality ceramic products. According to the company's development plan, the customer set up two new calcined production lines, respectively, bauxite and pyrophyllite.
2. Project description
According to customers' material characteristics, calcination temperature and production requirements, our engineers selected 1.2x24m rotary kiln. The temperature of the material after calcination in rotary kiln is 1000 degrees Celsius. In order to make the material can achieve better physical properties, our engineers equipped with a drum cooling machine 1.1x18m, so that the temperature of the material can be cooled to 110 degrees Celsius in a short time. At the same time, our engineers design the exhaust gas of the cooling machine as the secondary air into the rotary kiln. Efficient use of energy. The professional selection and design of our engineers have been approved by customers.
3. Equipment parameter
Customer's fuel is natural gas, rotary kiln 1.2x24m supporting cooling machine 1.1x18m, the output can reach 1 ton per hour. The calcination temperature of bauxite is 1400 degrees Celsius and that of pyrophyllite is 1200 degrees Celsius. In order to ensure that the rotary kiln can run well, we design the thickness is 28mm at the support of the rotary kiln transmission design 22mm thick.
