2. Project description

Founded in 1958, the group is the largest carbon steel and stainless steel production base in Northwest China.

Gansu Environmental Resources Technology Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary established to develop circular economy, promote industrial structure adjustment, transformation and upgrading development, and integrate circular economy business supporting steel, nonferrous metals, energy, chemical and other sectors in accordance with the basic principles of industrial specialization and intensive operation. 

The first phase of the project for the harmless and comprehensive utilization of solid waste in the aluminum industry has been approved for construction. The project owner is Gansu Environmental Resources Technology Co., Ltd., the construction funds come from the company's self-raised funds + government subsidies, and the construction unit is Gansu Environmental Resources Technology Co., Ltd. .

3. Design principles

(1) Under the premise of meeting the requirements of production scale, the main machine adopts single machine and single line equipment to achieve the purpose of smooth and compact production line, save land and improve land utilization rate.

(2) Auxiliary equipment is based on the principles of stability, reliability and energy saving to ensure normal production with high quality, high yield and low energy consumption.

(3) Fully combine the local natural conditions, optimize the design plan and reduce the project cost as much as possible under the condition of satisfying the technological production conditions.

(4) Conscientiously implement relevant environmental protection, laws, regulations and standards, strictly control environmental pollution, reduce pollutant discharge, protect and improve the environment, and achieve safe and civilized production.

4. Project implementation

Because the group has a strong influence in the industry, well-known suppliers in the industry are scrambling to sign up for the tender, and 9 peers participated in the bidding. After more than a month of four rounds of intense technical and commercial bid evaluation and negotiation, Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co.,Ltd. finally successfully won the bid in March.

After winning the bid, our engineering and technical personnel have overcome a number of technical difficulties according to the technical requirements of the bidding documents, carried out careful and meticulous engineering construction drawing design, and passed the review at one time. In strict accordance with the contract requirements, the project department formulated a rigorous implementation plan, equipment manufacturing, installation, shipment, commissioning and other work, with the active cooperation and support of the project department of Party A, the completion of the project was completed on time and the commissioning was smooth.
