The calcined material is fed into the barrel of the cooling machine through the feeding device. The lifting plate installed on the inner wall of the cylinder continuously lifts and scatters the material along the circumferential direction, and evenly distributes it in all parts of the cylinder, which increases the contact area between the material to be cooled and the air, so as to achieve the purpose of uniform cooling of the material. The materials cooled in the cooler are discharged from the lower part of the discharge device and enter the next process.

If the temperature of the material entering the cooler is too high, in order to protect the cylinder, a section of refractory material with a certain thickness or castable with a certain thickness will be laid in the high temperature section of the cylinder. The thickness of the castable generally accounts for 1/3 of the total length of the cylinder, and it can also be customized according to customer requirements.

The structure of the tumble cooler is similar to that of the tumble dryer. It is mainly composed of a feeding device, a supporting wheel device, a cylinder part, a transmission part, a supporting wheel device, and a discharging device. All components of the cooler have undergone strict theoretical calculations and long-term practical tests to ensure stable, reliable and safe operation, and can achieve the production goals expected by customers.

The feeding and discharging device adopts heat-resistant steel scale seal to replace the original labyrinth seal and graphite seal, which not only reduces the air leakage, but also is durable and convenient for maintenance and replacement. In order to ensure the sealing effect, the wear of the scales should be checked regularly and adjusted in time to make the scales closely fit the sealing surface of the cylinder.
