The installation of hammer crusher should follow the following regulations:
1. The machine base assembly should meet the following requirements:
1.1 The positioning pins between the joint surfaces should be fully assembled;
1.2 The contact of the joint surface should be close, the local gap should not be greater than 0.1mm, the length of each gap should not be greater than 150mm, and the cumulative gap length should not be greater than 10% of the total length of the joining surface.
2. The allowable deviation between the vertical and horizontal centerline of the machine base and the installation reference line should not be greater than 2mm.
3. The allowable deviation of the center elevation of the base should not be greater than 2mm.
4. The allowable deviation of the longitudinal horizontality of the base should not be greater than 0.5mm/m, and the allowable deviation of the horizontal level of the base should not be greater than 0.1mm/m.
5. The allowable deviation of the spindle level should not be greater than 0.1mm/m.
6. The gap between the top of the hammer head on the rotor and the basket, and the gap between the basket and the basket, should meet the requirements of the equipment technical documents.
7. The hammer head on the rotor should not be disassembled. If disassembly is required, it should be assembled according to the marks indicated by the manufacturer. If the mark is not marked, weighing and matching should be carried out before assembly, so that the circumferential and axial weight configurations of the hammers on each row should meet the following requirements:
7.1 On the working cylindrical surface of the rotor, the weights of the hammer heads on the same radial plane should be equal or close to each other;
7.2 The total weight of each row of hammer heads in the axial direction on the working cylindrical surface of the rotor should be equal or close to each other;
7.3 The hammer head at the center should be the heaviest, and the weight should be reduced or staggered to the two ends;
7.4 Whether it is a new hammer or an old hammer used in reverse, it should be weighed and numbered according to the weight of the hammer, and the assembly should be carried out according to the technical requirements on the rotor assembly drawing.
8. The installation of flywheel and pulley should meet the following requirements:
8.1 The swing amount of the flywheel after installation should meet the requirements of the equipment technical documents;
8.2 Before the pulley is installed, the main shaft and the large pulley hole should be cleaned, and the joint surface should not be oily; if it is in the form of a locking sleeve, the tightening torque should meet the requirements of the equipment technical file.
9. The joints between the upper and lower shells and the joints of all doors, hole cover plates and the frame should be tightly sealed, and there should be no leakage.
10. If the upper shell is hydraulically jacked, the installation of the hydraulic system should meet the requirements of the equipment technical documents.
The commissioning and trial operation of the hammer crusher shall comply with the following regulations:
1. The inspection before trial operation should meet the following requirements:
1.1 There should be no debris in the crushing cavity;
1.2 The gap between the rotor hammer head and the counterattack plate and the discharge basket shall meet the design requirements:
1.3 The lubricating oil quantity of the main bearing should meet the requirements of the equipment technical documents.
2. The steering of the motor should be confirmed, and the performance of the motor should meet the design requirements after the motor is idling for 2 hours.
3. The belt tension should meet the design requirements.
4. In jog start-up, after confirming that all components are rotating normally, a snow load test run should be carried out for 4 hours, and the inspection during operation should meet the following requirements:
4.1 There should be no abnormal noise in the crushing cavity;
4.2 The equipment should run smoothly and there should be no abnormal vibration;
4.3 The bearing temperature rise should be within the specified value;
4.4 The actual power and current value of the motor should be within the rated value, and there should be no abnormal fluctuations.
