1. Dolomite

The size of dolomite shall be within 10~50mm before input into the pre-heater.
2. Ferrosilicon
The size of Ferrosilicon shall not be more than 100mm when transported into factory. And the chemical composition shall comply with Diagram 2.

3. Fluorite
Fluorite bought from outside shall be packed in bags when transported into the factory. The size of -200 mesh shall be more than 95% (-0.074mm>95%); The chemical composition of fluorite shall comply with Diagram 3.

4. Fuel
Both rotary kiln and reduction furnace are fired by natural gas, while refining process by electricity.
Calorific value of natural gas: ≈8250kcal/Nm3. See Diagram 4 for chemical composition.

5. Solvent
Mg crystal after reduction shall be refined in chloride solvent. High quality Mg can be obtained after removing the metal and non-metal impuritiesl.
