There are two types of pulse valves in our dust collectors: right-angle pulse valves and submerged pulse valves.
Right-angle pulse valve: The angle between the input end and the output end is 90°, the input end is connected to the air distribution box, and the output end is connected to the dust collector blowing pipe.
Working principle: The diaphragm in the valve divides the pulse valve into the front and rear air chambers. When the compressed air is connected, the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the orifice. At this time, the pressure of the rear air chamber closes the diaphragm to the valve The input port of the pulse valve is in the "closed" state. The electrical signal of the pulse injection controller moves the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve. The vent hole of the air chamber behind the valve opens, and the pressure in the rear air chamber quickly loses pressure. The diaphragm moves backward and compressed air passes. The valve outlet is sprayed, the pulse valve is in the "open" state, and compressed air is instantly ejected from the valve to form a blowing airflow. When the electrical signal of the pulse controller disappears, the armature of the pulse valve is reset, the vent hole of the rear air chamber is closed, and the pressure of the rear air chamber is increased so that the diaphragm is close to the valve outlet, and the pulse valve is in the "closed" state.
Submerged pulse valve: It is directly installed on the gas distribution box and the input end is connected to the gas distribution box, and the output end is connected to the dust collector blowing pipe with a connecting pipe. The working principle is basically the same as the right-angle pulse valve. Compared with other structural forms, it reduces the flow resistance and the pressure of the blowing gas source, so it can be suitable for low pressure occasions, and can reduce energy consumption and extend the life of the diaphragm.
