4. Severe vibration

5. Poor screening quality
As the moisture in the sieve material increases or the fines increase, the inclination angle of the sieve box needs to be changed; the mesh is blocked to reduce the load on the sieve surface; The transmission belt is too loose. Adjust the method to tighten the screen and tighten the transmission belt. Or the particles on the sieve contain particles that are smaller than the size of the sieve. The sieve is clogged, the sieve is cleaned or the amplitude is increased; the incoming material is too much.
