The design of the lime rotary kiln should meet the following requirements:
1. The specifications of the lime rotary kiln should be comprehensively determined according to the requirements for the output of the firing system, combined with raw materials, fuel conditions, and the configuration of the preheater, decomposition furnace, and cooler.
2. The length-diameter ratio (L / D) of the preheater kiln and the precalciner kiln should be 11-16.
3. The slope of the preheater kiln and the precalciner kiln should be 3.5% -4%; the highest speed: the precalciner kiln should be 3.0-3.5r / min, and the preheater kiln should be 2.0-2.5r / min; speed range 1:10.
4. Forced air cooling should be adopted for the cooling of the lime rotary kiln with a barrel.
5. The lime rotary kiln firing zone should have the cylinder temperature detection measures.
6. The main motor of the lime rotary kiln should adopt a stepless variable speed motor, and an auxiliary drive should be provided. The auxiliary drive should have a backup power source.
