If the limestone incoming material contains a large amount of impurities (such as rubber and iron), a large amount of impurities will accumulate at the ball mill outlet, causing blockage of the ball mill.
5. Limestone is stacked in the open air and has a high water content in bad weather. The desulfurization system does not have a special stone storage place. The stone materials are stacked in the open air. When it encounters rain or snow, the stone material is agglomerated by moisture and enters the ball grinding machine to form a paste. A large amount of wet stone is wrapped around the outer surface of the steel ball and steel tile, which will affect the normal operation of the ball mill, sometimes causing full grinding, resulting in a decrease in the output of the ball mill, or even forced to stop.
6. The adjustment of the high-efficiency frequency changer is not suitable, affecting the fineness of the limestone powder and the output of the ball mill.
7. Operation adjustments and maintenance are not in place. The operation personnel were not inspected and the responsibility was not strong. The system parameters were not found in time and the system was not adjusted. As a result, the ball mill was insufficiently fed and the system was faulty, which reduced the output of the ball mill. The maintenance personnel are not in place to maintain the equipment, the system has many defects, and the milling system cannot operate under the maximum output condition.
