1. After the startup and operation are normal, add powdered materials first and then atomized water for mixing and granulation.
2. The feeding amount shall not be too large. After feeding, add water gradually and observe the feeding situation. The rotating speed shall be increased if the material cannot be lifted, and the rotating speed shall be reduced if the material is lifted too high.
3. During granulation, the principle of frequent observation, frequent feeding and frequent adjustment of water addition shall be followed.
4. Frequent observation: observe the dry and wet degree of materials, and the moisture content is about 13 ~ 15%. Observe the formation of cue ball.
5. Frequent feeding: when the moisture is appropriate, gradually increase the feeding amount and continuously increase the water spraying amount.
6. Frequent adjustment: while gradually increasing the amount of materials, adjust the water spraying amount and the rotating speed of the pot body.
7. After completing one feeding and water adding operation, observe for a few minutes, confirm that the humidity and speed are appropriate, and then carry out the next feeding operation. Repeat the operation to achieve the purpose of granulation.
8. Due to the coarser material, the moisture should be appropriately increased at the initial stage of granulation in order to form a mother ball. If the ball strength is low, the rotation time of the pot body can be appropriately prolonged.
