Precautions for use of disc granulator

Disc granulator is mainly used in cement industry, iron industry and chemical fertilizer industry. It is the main equipment for pelletizing powdery materials. Various faults will inevitably occur during the production process, which is an inevitable phenomenon. If it cannot be resolved in a timely manner, it will affect normal production and cause loss of corporate profits. So what should you pay attention to in the process of using it?
Ⅰ Precautions
1. The granulator should run forward; avoid reverse.
2. The granulator is forbidden to run empty machine without load. It must be heated and fed to the machine to avoid sticking.
3. It is strictly forbidden to enter ironware and other debris in the inlet and air vent of the granulator. So as not to cause unnecessary accidents and affect the safety and normal production.

Ⅱ Matters needing attention in the working process of granulator
1. When the bearing part of the reducer burns hands, or there is noise, it should be stopped and repaired in time, and refueled.
2. When the bearing parts at both ends of the main engine bearing room are hot or there is noise, stop the machine for maintenance and fill it with butter. During normal operation, the bearing chamber is filled with butter every 5-6 days.
3. Pay attention to find out the running rules of the machine; for example, the machine temperature is high or low, and the speed is fast, you can deal with it in time according to the situation.
4. When the fuselage is unstable, you should pay attention to check whether the gap of the coupling is too tight, and loosen it in time.

Ⅲ Start-up operation method
1. Before turning on the machine, warm it up for about forty to fifty minutes. Raise the temperature until the motorized triangle belt is pulled by hand until it is free; pull in the normal working direction continuously for eight to ten times. Then continue to heat up for about ten minutes, and then start up, but continue to warm up, because normal production needs to continue to add heat; adjust different temperatures according to different properties of plastics.
2. When the granulator is working normally, the temperature of the machine should be kept stable, and not high or low. Near the vent hole, keep the temperature around 200 ° C (referred to as C and B).
3. The feeding should be uniform, and no shortage of materials can occur. The feeding speed and feeding speed of the machine must be properly matched. Otherwise it will affect the quality and yield of the pellets.
4. When stopping, the host should cut off the power. The wire plug (with a wrench part) must be removed. Warm up separately before the next use.
